How we’re structured

Yellowhammer Holdings LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. It is the parent, and it holds the equity of the operating companies. It does not hold title to real property itself.

The operating companies are Tennessee LLCs. Each one holds title to the property it operates and is responsible for it — the taxes, the insurance, the maintenance, the residents.
