Categories we collect

In the twelve months preceding the date of this notice, we may have collected the following categories of personal information, in each case only because you sent it to us or because it is generated by serving the page:

Categories we do not collect

• No precise geolocation.
• No biometric information.
• No audio or video recordings.
• No government identifiers, financial account numbers, or health information.
• No sensitive personal information as the CPRA defines it.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do neither, there is no “do not sell or share my personal information” mechanism to offer — the answer is already no. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is permitted without a right to limit.

Your rights

• Right to know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Right to delete — ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Right to correct — ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — inapplicable here, because we do neither.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — inapplicable here, because we do not collect it.
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a right.

How to exercise a right

Write to info@yellowhammerenterprises.com and tell us which right you are exercising. We will confirm receipt and respond within the time the statute allows. We may need to verify your identity by matching the information you give us against what we hold, and we will only use what you send for that verification. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission we can verify.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and to meet record-keeping obligations.
